Kristen E. Johnson, Esq.

Director & Instructor

Kristen E. Johnson, Esq. has been practicing law at the Jersey Shore for over 20 years, focusing on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. Kristen is originally from Monmouth County where she currently resides with her husband and three daughters. Kristen has over twenty years experience in foreclosures, Condominium Law, Landlord Tenant law, and residential and commercial real estate at her firm, The Law Office of K. Johnson, Esq., LLC. Kristen brings a unique perspective to class and is dedicated to instructing students on not only the material in the book, but practical knowledge as well.

Joe Danski

Mr. Danski is experienced Real Estate associate, broker/manager. Joe owned and operated his own Real Estate Office servicing the Ocean County Area. As an instructor, Joe has over 15 years of Real Estate experience offering a wealth of knowledge to all his students. He is committed to his students during and after classes with any questions or concerns involving Real Estate.

 John Sesta III

Experienced in all areas of Real Estate Brokerage for over 30 years as both a residential/commercial specialist as well as a dedicated teacher. John brings unique expertise in such areas as condominium conversions, land acquisition, property management and site plan development.

 Patricia Rehe Muzzillo

Patty is an experienced Real Estate Broker/Saleperson.  She has been in the industry for 18 years and has served clients in many Counties from Sussex County to the Southern tip of Ocean County and everywhere in between.  No one real estate transaction is the same, certifications in the past include, ABR, SFR, CDPE.  Office Manager and Team Lead experience.  She is committed to teaching, meeting new people and is always available for her students. 

Stephen Dinklage

As an Instructor, Stephen brings over thirty-five years of diversified experience in the real estate field. Early on, he worked retail residential markets with a traditional brokerage. After working that market for several years and getting his Broker and Instructor Licenses, he studied the appraisal end of real estate and became a General Real Estate Appraiser and an Appraisal Institute MAI designated appraiser. During the transition to the appraisal field, I also worked various positions in residential and commercial mortgage banking and brokerage. He currently owns and operates his own specialized brokerages while also working as a New Jersey real estate and appraisal instructor.
